I've downloaded tv shows and some work fine, but others either shake, and/or freeze. Any ideas?

Ace Mega Codecs Pack, do a search with google, download it, install it, and never worry about this kind of stuff again. By the way, this question is answered almost weekly here, as far as I know the search function is working well for this site still.
