Only 1 in 101 Applicants Finds Job
Job competition has kept soaring with 101 applicants on average vying for each vacancy during the second half of this year. According to Incruit, a job market information provider, the competition ratio stood at 101-to-1 after a survey of 57 major companies that hired new workers this year.

I've met so many people (most of them good, some of them not) in Korea who dont "Fit" what Koreans are looking for and they have managed to get job after job. I doubt it. With only one year experience and a degree in an unrelated to English field I was inundated with offers...and that was the "off season" for hiring. |
