|
|
Here's the problem. When I login to Hotmail, I can view my messages...but when I click on "Drafts" or "Saved Messages" the folders will not open. When I click on the "Help" icon to contact Hotmail, that also does not open.
When the cursor is pointed on the help icon...in the status bar at the bottom of the page, it shows this:
javascript:cph('PIM_inbox');
when I click on Drafts, it shows this:
javascript:HMFO('00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000004')
Sent messages same thing as drafts except the last number is a 3.
What's up with this? How can I correct the problem?
Thank you! |

You'll need to tell us more:
What browser are you using?
What system are you using? |

Okay... I wonder if you have installed SP2 for XP yet. If you have, perhaps you have popups disabled in your security settings. Help usually opens in a new window and if you have that setting on, this would prevent it from opening.
As for the other stuff, I'm stumped. The links you posted seem fine to me.
Perhaps you should make sure you're working with the latest version of Internet Explorer or, better still, change browsers to Firefox which you can get HERE and see if your problem goes away. |
