Can anyone recommend a good book to teach pronunciation?
Ann Cook's American Accent Training looks good but expensive. Has anyone out there tried it? |

Try "Targeting Pronunciation" by Sue Miller (2000). It has a LOT of stuff you can use in class. I did a whole semester on pronunciation using ideas from that book, plus a whole lot of other supplementary stuff from the internet. What's more, the students had a lot of fun with it. |
