Hey all

Imagine my delight when I learned that CNN international--which appears on my lowly basic cable dial here in ROK--carries "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart: Global Edition".

Then imagine my disappointment when I tuned in this weekend at 00:30am Sat and Sun nights--the time slots specified on the CNN website--only to find no Daily Show.

I can't express the sense of shock and bewilderment I'm feeling as I type these words. Is the CNN web program listing wrong? (The other morning I caught the end of an ad promoting the show, but wasn't able to note the time... damn!).

Someone one there must be watching this show.... when is it on? Really?

Wanting my "Maritime Salvage Update" fix....

Yeah, it's been on for quite a while. The Global Edition is only one episode per week, composed of highlights of the regular show from the week. They play the same episode Saturday and Sunday.

However, it's not always on. Sometimes they do another show instead, and if there's something like a live press conference, even if it's just some boring one-star general in Baghdad talking about nothing new in particular, then they will unfortunately cut to it.

Well, fwiw, I saw this show for the first time on Saturday night. It started at 11:30 Korean time. I also saw it Sunday night, and I think it's on earlier, but I'm not sure of the time.

The promos I've seen for it on CNN only say late-night weekends - no time is specified.

Thanks for the help everyone. I've been watching the Daily Show Global Edition the past few weeks.... it is dependably on CNN International at 11:30pm Sat and 10:30pm Sun. There may be other air times but these are the ones I know about.

However, I've just got into downloading the full stateside shows from the Internet, so I may not have use for the Global Edition much longer....

I'm a little disappointed reading this thread. I thought Mr. Stewart was on ϿϿ or some other Korean variety show.

By NOVA do you just mean the client http://www.novatorrent.com/ and not a site to find torrents?
