I'm looking for a quiet, well-lit coffee shop or other public place in Itaewon that is good for low-key conversation and informal meetings, and that isn't too crowded on Sunday nights. Starbucks is too loud and busy, Coffee Plus is too dark, SandPresso has loud music and isn't too comfortable. Does anyone know of another place? |

Starbucks is too loud? I usually find that the top floor is often empty.
If you don't care about coffee, you could try Scholtzky's.
I know there are several bars of ill-repute that I hear aren't so busy these days. For 20,000 won, they might let you have a "private table" to yourself and your friend, but I bet it's not well-lit! *laugh* |

By Noksapyeong, that new Istanbul place is alright. The food is reasonable, and they sell cocktails. It seats 15 or so. |
