Overdue Wages Hit 317 Billion Won
More than 30,000 businesses have failed to pay a combined total of 317.1 billion won in wages to some 111,000 employees amid the prolonged economic slowdown, according to the Labor Ministry Thursday. The statistics indicated each worker is entitled to 2.87 million won in overdue wages.

I tried to leave a message on that page. However, there seems to be a problem with the registration page and I couldn't register.
Was paid late 2 times too many at my last job. Even when it came to severance, I was paid late.
