Should you avoid placement agents? What about signing directly with them? Any tips? Whats the best way of finding public school and University jobs? Is a BA enough?

A BA could be enough if you have the experience to back it up.

Most Universities want a Masters(they will settle for a Bachelor degree though)

I am with GEPIK and the pay scale goes something like this.

Bachelor degree(any) 1.8
2 years experience + Bachelor 2.0
experience+bachelor or Education 2.2
Exp+B ED+ teacher certification 2.3
willing to work in a rural area + 100,000 won a month

Salary tops out at 2.4
Overtime depending on school can add up as well. My school I was doing 320,000 a month in overtime.

Total pay 2.72 Smile
