Hey,
Does anyone know if/where I will be able to pick up HL2 in English? I'm living in Anyang, just outside of Seoul. |

| Well it's only just been officially released in the US yesterday. I'm guessing you'll still have to wait a little for it to make an appearance in Korea. |

Steam. Have it now.
If it is going to be in Korean, you will have to wait for a while...if it's in English, it won't be long. Doom was here within a couple of weeks....they are trying to minimize the P2P damage.
It's probably on the network already... |

Yeah, I want something official for Half Life, it's all about the CD key for online play (ie CounterStrike). That's the best copy protection I can imagine, give people enough quality free shit if they buy the original product.
So anything that comes here is going to be in Korean? Time to clear off the ol' credit card then I suppose |

| I guess I should have asked: was the Doom3 released here in English? |

I've inquired with the company, and they tell I'd better buy the English version because I can't change the game by downloading the correct files from Steam. Umm, the contradicting information sounds strangely familiar to me. |

I bought HL2 through Steam and let me tell ya....no problems at all. You can backup the game and install it on your other systems (I have it on 3 computers) and the Steam delivery system was smooth as silk for me.
It's all in English...
Problem is, it came with Counter Strike:Source.....
addictive.... |
