well paul van dyk drew like 600..
sasha drew like 1000 they try to say 2500 but thats a dream.. I was there,
this was all back in 99-2000-2001 mind you..
ferry corsten, amin van buuren drew about 600 each..
EDM is just not big enough here.. due to lack of drugs and freaks that come out of the wood work.. its a very small scene...
so 10.000 people for PETE TONG???
which I bet most koreans have never even heard of...
will draw 10.000 people??? ummmm NO!
im thinking 700-1000 thats the norm..
even tiesto if he came here wouldnt get 10.000
10.000 people is aLOT of people man!
even great artists of the world are lucky to pack a room with 10.000 people. |
Right. The only time I've seen 10 000 at a dance event was an outdoor three day rave with 100's of DJ's. Must be a typo, no dance event in Korea would ever get 10 000 ... |

| I think the whole tsunami event has really dampened the spirts this New Year's Eve. I find it hard to celebrate at a time when so many are suffering. It's been an awful year really across the globe. But hopefully next year will be better, so there at least is something to be hopeful for. |

| pete tong was sucky. when we first got there it was alright, but then it got way to trancey-in-the-pancey*barf*. there was no one there and the location STINKS. we were trying to figure out how much money was lost on this event. i think this was the first NYE that i was home before 4:30. |
