I also don't see any problem about the buffet....The food is for eating and the guests did pay for it. As for anyone eating like a slob, well, are we so prim and well-satisfied like the Queen of England that we are so far removed, above our fellow man.....Poor people from Russia, eh. As long as we don't get self-satisfied in our own successes (ability to eat 3 times a day) that we think ourselves above the common lot...That is the gist that I got from your letter, that you were disheartened by seeing those gawking people/idiots looking down (from the airport bus) onto others.
But, not everyone is like that. Not even every tourist. Just a few out of a crowd on the bus. |
