Having dual 19" monitors. Just picked up a 19" LCD with DVI input and 12MS response time. Absolutely gorgeous. My video card has two ports so my 19" crt is now a part of the extended desktop.
What new tech toy do you have to brag about? |

| got a new 4g 40gb ipod last week after giving my old 3g 15gb model to my sister. love the extra disk space and battery life but, i sorta miss the touch-screen buttons from my old one. you know the old saying, you never forget your first... |

Well, its not a computer gadget exactly, but its a digital camera. A Nikon D70 with kit lens, and an extra 170-500mm soom lens.
Its an awsome camera. |

Yes it is sweet. I picked up a 19" LCD monitor 2 weeks ago and am running it side by side with my 17" CRT. I will be getting a second LCD monitor in a few months and then mothball the CRT |

decided to go with the big one 22 unches and loving it. Cost a bundle, but since I use it all the time, it was $$ well spent.

Toys are always fun. No new ones to report though, last one was a cool cybershot dsc-t3 digital camera, nice wee thing and takes great pics for its tiny size- about the same size as a pack of fags.
I've got my sweet 19 inch flatscreen, my mp3 player, computer works fine for my needs. The only toys I'm really tempted by are a nice PDA with WiFi internet access and maybe a surround speaker set up for my computer and probably most useful a decent electronic Korean to English electronic dictionary.
My mobile phone is a piece of shit but it makes calls and I can send texts, though it is a Korean menu so thats all good.
When I get a better apartment I'll go for a nice big TV, proper big oven and kitchen toys.
I'm content for now. |

OK, I will stop making stupid posts and brag about my new laptop:
The best parts: thin design, double memory "service" 512mb, wireless 54mps lan inside the computer, button to switch off the fan for ultra quiet operation, TV out (nice for watching downloaded movies) and 4 in 1 card reader. I may depart with this a few months later though. I really want one of those new mac minis.
