you need to go to the file menu and choose export.
Export to a .pst file format and you may well end up with a large file that won't fit on a floppy. Then, burn it to a CD and place it ont he Hard disk of your new comp.
Go to file menu of outlook on your new comp and choose to import the .pst file . It will then set up all your folders as they are on your old comp.

This faff on is the main reason why I don't use outlook for mail but rather use Gmail online to store mail and download it to outlook for backup. If I change computer, I simply download it again from Gmail.

All the best...
