Those kids had at least a 12-foot fall--they were right on the edge!

The one with the string was lowering something and wanted me to get it--I'm the kid (facing away from the camera) in the stylish plaid coat....Smile

I don't remember where Haebangcheon is...but I'm pretty sure that's Hangang Ro where the bus is, near Samgakchi...

There are many sights that you will no longer see in Korea. One of these is how farmers got their pigs to market. I think I still have a photo of a pig strapped on the back of a bike. It seems that the farmer would get the porker stoned on Makoli to keep it from kicking up a fuss before the trip.It was something to see. You also don't see old men in white pjs with those black horse hair hats smoking long pipes while they squat on the side of the road. Thing have surely changed.

I saw a pig strapped on the back of a daelim citi the other day.

Also, when I was there in the days of yore, $1.00= 375 won. I think I still have a few one won coins. You would be shocked what one dollar would get you.
