Last I heard, if you hang out down near the Yawoori/ bus station area long enough, and arent shy about striking up some conversations with strangers, you'll meet expats.
Other than that, go to Seoul like everyone else. |

Near the bus stations, across the street, there is a little nightlife area that stretches across and back for several blocks. The biggest old hangouts are Zed Rock, Wooly and Booly, Beer Cabin, and S Bar. Sometimes Tombstone gets some attention as well.
Are you planning on moving there from Bundang, or just visiting? If you're relocating, you might want to send a PM to Hotel Cheonan concerning the Cheonan Expat board. |

Yes they are the places to be...and all within 40 metres from one another.
