Sparx, that's brilliant, and I could see it catching on in Korea. Perhaps you could develop a machine just for that and market it.

It hasn't happened at my current gym but at the last one I would be given friendly advice about once a month. I usually do strict slow reps but I was informed a few times that the proper form of the exercise is to throw your whole body into it and flail around using the most weight possible.

The owner of the gym going out for a smoke always amuses me, or the guys who pack their cigarettes with them from one machine to another.

Guys drying off each other's backs really freaked me out the first time I saw it. At home you don't even face another naked man, never mind touch him.
