What i mean is.....

...for the all the J experts, how important is this holiday??

I'll be in Tokyo that day, will that affect my trip???

Will everything be closed???

Or is it business as usual??

All that will be closed will be banks and govt offices. Most major tourist attractions should be open. They will have websites you can check out for details anyway to make sure.

All shops will be open and all public transport will be running. I don't even think this holiday warrants a reduced service. I certainly never noticed it in 6 years there anyway...
