| I'm looking at dropping a fair bit of cash on an slr camera with a good telephoto lens. Anyone know where there is a canon shop or the like around seoul?. |

Sure. Get out at Chungmuro subway exit 5. Continue straight on (don't turn right on emerging from the exit stairway). Continue for about 3 mins: the quality camera shops are everywhere- especially canon stockists which are near the local police station (right turn road, just after the main big parking lot). |

| On one of the streets around Namdaemun market there are crap load of camera shops. Lots of brands, different camera, lens and other bits. Not sure if they're open over the holidays though. |
