i cook most days and mostly lately i cook korean food. i thought i would try it and it is so easy to do and always works out well.
i WISH i had an oven though!!!
and some decent bench space!
i can't believe the posters who say groceries are expensive here. my home cooking always works out cheaper than eating the exquivalent food at a restaurant - and it is better too. |

I cook most of the time, and usually from scratch. A couple tips:
- plan leftovers creatively. Tonight's red beans and rice is gonna be tomorrows burrito filling.
- the freezer is your friend. I've usually got a few things in there for nights when I'm just too lazy to cook.
Oh, and hojucandy- got a toaster oven?
I've made cookies, veggie pot pie and a caserole in mine lately. Well worth the extra money for one with a heat control and not just off and on. The little foil packets for picnics that you can buy in grocery stores work perfectly. |

I cook everyday...but just small stuff my husband is at work for lunch and supper. So on the weekends I cook for "us". I agree it is really cheap to eat out in Korea compared to home. |

Usually more than once a day. I also cook/eat Korean food almost every day. I can't get enough of that wonderful kimchi. |

Cook?!??!!??!! In Korea?!?!?!?! Why on earth would you want to? My fridge had but two occupants: BEER (OB 640's) and water. I do not count ramen as "cooking". |
