Ok here is the deal a while back i posted about taking the written test...
ok did that..passed they have it English, Chinese, German, and i think japanese as well...not sure about that one.
Ok now that I have passed the first test I will take on the course test...
but I want to puchase a car so that I can practice with a friend of mine.
Is it like America where I can buy a car with out a license?
I will attempt to buy a 2nd hand car next week....maybe thursday or friday. I remember someone said that they passed the course test but did not go on to take the road test...but I wonder if I can just buy a car, then set up the insurance, license later......
Well any info on this is helpful, also if you are selling a car...I am interested!

| Why're you taking all the tests? If you've got a licence from your home country, you can get it transferred over here pretty easily. |

Yeah i know....but I never got a license back home.....I traveled alot, and while studying i just never took the tests...
So I have to start from square one......
