Don't they mean libel? Anyways, it's not slander if it's true, and if his ex-class mate really was a bully there's nothing wrong with that.
Considering the costs of IT experts and lawyers it would only be worth-while if the person you're sueing has really deep pockets. On a site like this I think we're pretty safe because most are only here for a year and by the time the case went to court we'd be out of the country. |

In the U.S., if something is published, true or not, that causes irreparable harm to a private individual, it can be libel. |

Korea has very strict Libel and slander laws. Jail time is often meted out in these cases. |
