For the last two weeks I've been kept up many nights by whining dogs. There is a walled-in industrial yard (where nobody seems to work) beside my house but 2 weeks ago someone decided to raise some dogs there. There is a mother and 3 pups, each tied up by itself on bare concrete and no shelter. Last night it rained and the dogs howled and yelped all night and today my patience is holding by a thread.
What should I do? I'm thinking about rescuing them (but I have no place for them) or just setting them free but there is a big security company sign on the gate to the yard so that might get me in trouble. I could call someone...the police? animal rights group? I don't know who I could call in Korea that could take action. I'm not bothered so much by the fact that the dogs will likely be in soup some day but rather the inhumane way they're being treated and the fact that they keep me up all night. |

I recommend earplugs.
Like anywhere else, chances are nothing will get done about it unless you get your neighborhood to side with you, which I doubt will ever happen. I suspect the dogs' barks have long become subauditory for many of your neighbors. |

Throw a petrol bomb into the farm, although killing the dogs it will release them from their pain, BUT kill the Koreans who keep them for dog soup.
Just a suggestion and as the Koreans don`t hear the barking, they will dismiss the fuming flames as well. |

if the animals are being abused, i would be in favor of euthanasia. poison strong enough to kill a horse, as quickly as possible. |

Besides, meat from stressed animals tastes bad. That's why Kobe beef is so prized. |

If you decide to go the way of assassination (not that I encourage it, mind you)- antifreeze. the blue stuff is naturally very sweet and dogs are naturally encouraged to drink it. Its a quick death and as its an industrial park, can;t really be traced to you. |

GOOD GOD, PEOPLE!
These are defenseless animals being tortured because some dumbass Korean forgot about them.
Call the humane society. I know Korea has to have one. They aren't THAT heartless a society. |

I assure you, it is as painful a death there is. My first coousin is a vet na dshe told me that dogs really suffer a terrible death with anti freeze. |

Free them if you think they'd have a better chance. |

Why don;t you go Buy them. I mean, ofer the dude 10 bucks for his meat dogs, he obviously doesn;t give a s----, so he'd probably be down. Then take the dogs and free them/ give them away/ take them out to the country and let them run free on a special dog farm- like the first dog I had. |

Killing them is a whole less work...
They're only going to die anyhow. |

As much as I love dogs, I have to agree that offing them is the most humane option here. It's an inevitable end for them anyway. What about sleeping pills (sominex, tylenol PM from Namdaemun...) wrapped in a piece of cheese or meat? |
