Looks pretty solid to me. The only thing I'd ask about is the 30 hours/week. How many classes and how long are they?

a, b, c are typical of most contracts and dont mean much of anything.
d find out how often these meetings are, their duration and the times.(paid or unpaid?)

e I would simply delete as it is the typical carte' blanche that they will point to each and everytime they want you to do something.

Ask for a time frame 2-? what constitutes a teaching hour? 30 fifty minute classes is one thing. 35 fifty minute classes is quite another!

Mmmmmm change least expensive to an economy flight. It might be cheaper to fly from San Fran to Taiwan to Japan to Korea but who wants to spend 2 days on a plane?

I would ask to see a schedule of the vacations. Just so you know what you will be looking forward to.

Delete this clause it is entirely too subjective. Who is to decide if or when irreparable damage has been done?

Hmmm not sure on this one. The contract that they send to immigration is the one your visa is based on. Any changes to your contract would also have to be cleared through immigration.

I actually like the fact that the governing language of the contract is English.

Seen worse, seen better.

aw.
it looks fine.
i agree with peppermint.
i would just ask for the definition of 1 class hour. 1 class = 1 hour?? if the classes are 45minutes and you are responsible for 30 hours, it's a big difference in workload.

The contract was actually mine. I finally had my account activated. What a resource this discussion board is! I have a million questions, being that I'm a few weeks away from making the flight, so nervous.
Thanks for the responses, and to zenpickle
