|
|
Hi,
A question about the visa:
I just got my E2 visa in my passport from the Korean Embassy in Vancouver. The expiry date of the visa, however, is only three months after the issue date. Is this because I have to apply for an ARC within this time? Will the date of expiry change after I get the ARC? I'm just a little worried about getting kicked out of the country!
Thanks in advance for the replies, Kim. |

the expiry date in your passport refers to how long your visa is valid for entry into korea. once here, the visa is valid for 1 year, as it should also state next to 'period of sojurn'.
and yes, once you are here, you have 90 days to apply for your ARC. |
