Sorry for posting this on multiple forums but I'm desperate!

Is anyone moving out of Suwon in the next week? Or know of a place that is about to become free? I'm looking to rent a place there urgently as I start work next week. Please PM me if you can help. Thanks.

depends where you are working in Suwon. I know my place which is a single room style still seems to have places available, although I have no idea what the rent is. It is by Suwon Station. Depending where you will be working, that might not be a good area. Let me know where you will be living, and I might be able to get a phone number or ask my academy.

There are some new officetel apartments in Suwon nearby HomePlus and Galleria. I believe your rent depends on your key money deposit; my school put down 3 million and they pay 350,000 a month, so if you don't have key money i think the monthly rent would be 500,000 - 600,000 ???. Also, the cost probably differers from place to place and how long you intend on staying - just an option for you; i think there are about 4 or 5 new officetels just in this area that have openings.

Yep - there are still loads of empty apartments in my Officetel, right by Galleria. As I understand it most of them are privately owned so the cost / key money will depend on what you can negotiate...

There's still a sales office open on the ground floor if you are able to visit Suwon - PM me for more details.
