There's a Korea Exchange Bank next to Shinchon station. Use the ATM that says "Global Service."

Or one in the subway might work.

I've used my Scotiacard successfully in Itaewon. I can't tell you too much about it though as I try to do all I can to avoid paying exchange twice so avoid using my Canadian card except for emergencies.
