When you're running around town, you might want to quickly slip in and check your E-mail or something. This thread is designed to offer suggestions of where you can go online for free. Please, feel free to add your own favorite spots.

Here's a small list:

KTF Office 7th Floor (VIPs Rest. building) in Hongdae.
Itaewon Station (Inside) Tourist information office. (10 min.)

These are both open during office hours.

Where else might you suggest?
Cheers,
Kalhoun

You mean 1000w isnt free? Well, its practically free. And the ease of finding a PC Bang makes up for the measely 1000 won you have to pay at a PC Bang. Stop being so cheap.

PC Bangs are cheap but there's the intimidation factor.

OP: City Hall's tourism office has free net access.

For what it's worth, I'm thinking of spots that you can slip in for 10 min. and check out your E-mail in the middle of the day. BTW, I'm not willing to pay 1000 won/hour in order to get lung cancer. Not only that, but I have free access at home.
