Check this out, it's the Korea wiki:

A wiki means that anybody can write and edit as they see fit. I'm still learning about this myself but anybody can come in and write whatever they want. I'm thinking we should upload FAQ material here to make it easier to access.
I think. I just made this five minutes ago.

Now I know how to make a new page. While editing any page you can make a new link by clicking on that internal link button (ab) that will create a new link for you...when you click on that it'll take you to the page, or to a place where you can write something if the page hasn't been created yet.

Maybe Gangnam Mafioso you scared everybody from leaving there computers with your previous post about spitting and 'the potential of being spat on'.

I actually haven't left the PC room since.

So I guess in a way you started this trend to stay indoors....
