got this for free from the garbage in my complex in perfect working condition. The outside had a note on it, in korean, to look inside. I did and found the power cord and ink.

I'm thinking about going back out to get a seemingly abondoned chair (looks like the lounger kind that came from a bar). But I'm not sure if I really want that in my apartment or not. Hmm.. Confused

On the plus side.. found an acoustic guitar.. real cheap one.. but one nontheless. It looks the strings have never been changed.. and when one string broke.. they just tossed it out. Shocked

Absolutely not. It's a great way to end up with roaches.

I get my stuff by mooching or buying off expats that are on their way home. Very Happy

Don't take stuff with upholstery or fabric and you should have any problem with bugs. We took a bunch of stuff...bookshelves, chairs, 2 tables, a desk, a lamp, ceramic bowls. We never had any problems.

The first year i was here I went on a few scavanger hunts.

We got some awesome crap and outfitted the house for free......

I notice as time goes by though there is less stuff to grab.
