Nothing profound here. Just happy.

Just finished organizing the records for a couple of my classes. Looked at a homework assignment which was turned in early. Freshman classes are planned for the week; advanced English, introductory computers, advanced writing and MBA English conversation are easy to plan because the syllabus is laid out in detail. My students are almost all kick-ass (attitude) and the couple that aren't don't interfere with the class atmosphere. Lots of smiles and pleasantries from ex-students around the campus, wrote a letter of recommendation for a great student from last semester. Office mates laugh a lot. The prep for my big activities are rolling off my personal production line and the test chapters for the new textbook are doing really well.

Life's grand.

Didn't you also start the 'life is good' thread last fall? Smile

I'm in a great development groove for planning right now, and my students are laughing and smiling a lot. Can't complain too much.

Personally, I'm fairly upbeat, too. Re-started meditation last month. Enrolled in yoga classes today. My web designer is starting work on my new website. Spring is the air. Give it a month and we'll be hearing the sounds of high heels clicking on the street.

Actually, it's nice to hear that someone is happy with their life. We don't hear this very often, DW. When was the last time we heard you say that you enjoy life?

I also love my life because I have a darling baby and she is totally the joy of my life!

Zen mode on.

Satisfaction is a state of mind.

Maintain a postive outlook and enjoy the little things in life, and you will be happy no matter what shit Korea throws at you.

Zen mode off.

I hate known braggarts who are essentially jamming both feet in their mouths when displaying the ignorant audacity to call anyone else a braggart. Mad

Im a braggart? I dont think Ive ever bragged per se, I may have stated the conditions of my job, which are good so it looks like bragging but I dont start thread after thread just to say "my job kicks ass". All the "bragging" Ive done has been on topic in threads strated by others. Thats the difference.

Only he, that is disliked by a huge proportion of this board, could actually bother writing something like that.

You should hook up with Fonz. You'd get on like a house on fire.

There's a thought.......

I do. I would much rather hear about something good than someone complaining.
