Do what everyone else does...don't pay it.

I've lived in school provided apartments where previous teacher's have gotten an internet subscription and not cancelled it. Call the service provider and tell them to cancel it. Don't tell them you are the one whose service it was to begin with.

I've also lived in school provided apartments where the previous Korean tenants have run out on bills, sometimes more than a year previous. The bills keep coming, cancellation notices, collection notices, etc.

Don't worry about it unless you want to set up another internet connection later. Then it may be a problem.
