I hope this gets on the board, not under the reg. Osaka visa run.
I am going March 24 just for 2 nights. Does anyone knowof a hotel that is 70,000 or so near the embassy? I will pay more if I have to.

There is a good hotel right next the Korean consulate that is fairly cheap.
Comfort Inn.
Room rates run between 5,000 Yen and 6,000 yen.

I've stayed at the Osaka Comfort Hotel Shinsaibashi...good location and affordable. Another option maybe a capsule hotel...only 2,500 Yen. There is one located in the same area. Check out the web-site:
