I loved the Doogie Howser scenes - any movie that portrays Doogie Howser like that is worthy of my viewing time.

Hated the Cheetah part. Unnecessarily stupid.

Right, I thought it was very original how they chose him, mister goody-two-shoes, to show that the most messed up drug users aren't necessarily minorities.

I'm still looking forward to "Harold and Kumar Go to Amsterdam."

BTW -- a much sharper movie about stereotypes that still gives me cramps from laughter is "Undercover Brother."

You're teasing. Are they really making a sequel?

I kinda like Undercover Brother, too. But, they are two different movies in the way they present stereotypes. Undercover Brother lays them out in the open. Harold and Kumar deals with the subject by showing the complete opposite of what is expected by stereotypes ("model" asians smoking pot, white bread american high as a kite, asian man encouraging his white friends to hook up with asian women (Harold tells his friend to go to the party at Yale if they've caught the "yellow-fever"), Indian man who doesn't want to be a doctor and won't budge under pressure from his parents, etc).

the movie was not that good! it was a so so.. trying to make a highschool kids flicks stoners in search of the munchies paradise.. and what ever happens on the way.. been done before. and actually it wasnt done that well this time..

dude man... you're on crack... this movie is wikid... c'mon... all the scenes with doogie howser!?!? hilarious!!! "are u sure you dont wanna come to the party? kenny's mom just made a big pot of kimchi jjigae!!!" HAHAHA i thought for sure that line alone woulda made this movie and instant hit with everyone in korea... sure there's some utterly ridiculous parts in the movie... but that's why its funny man... and its the first movie of its kind to feature all "ethnic" main characters that aren't black... that's normally a tough sell in the american market... all the cameo's in the movie were jokes too... jamie kennedy, ryan reynolds, neil patrick harris!!

Another reason I like "Undercover Brother" more. Better Doogie Howser scenes.

Woohoo.

That thread was over 4 years old when you bumped it. That's gotta be a record somewhere.

Also, Harold and Kumar go to white castle was a completely shit movie. With or without weed.

Now let this thread die like it should have done a long time ago.

The thread apparently died but actually was just in a comatose condition.

I've never seen "...White Castle", but I thought that its sequel - last year's "Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo" - was pretty funny in its insanity.

Most critics, though, liked their first one better ...
