Koreans have advanced corporate welfare to the level
of a national mission. If Samsung is "investing", you
can bet that much of it is subsidized. |

| I doubt it, I'm sure they got a lot of help starting up but these days I'm sure that most the subsidies are to attract foreign investment. |
