When I was a kid, my dad joked that I would never need snowshoes or skiis, as my feet were freakishly big for a young girl.

Recently, a snowboard rental shop refused to give me the size I requested, and had me try on two smaller pairs before they finally believed that a woman would wear a 280 cm boot.

Spring is upon us, and I'd like to buy some sandals, but I fear I may have to ask my parents to buy some shoes in Canada and have them sent over.

Does anyone know a place in Korea where a big-footed gal can get shod?

I believe there are shops in Itaewon where you can get larger sized womens shoes, and I know you can get them made here at a sorta reasonable price

I just love how you keep turning into more of a caricature with each post.

Agreed. DW as usual is totally unhelpful and was downright useless with that stupid post. I think your best bet is Itaewon. They have bigger sizes in shoes and clothing in general.

Thanks Peppermint and Guri Guy. Your advice sounds eminently sensible, and I will take my clodhoppers over there real soon.
