Sorry I can't really respond to your question about the US exchange rate. I only look at the Canadian rate but I can help you with the $200 bill question. KB Star's posted rate (basic) is 1014.80 won/dollar. The bill will cost you 202,960 won at that rate. It'll be more though because that is the basic rate. If you use the cash buying rate of 1034.08 won/dollar your bill will cost you 206,816 won.

No. It was as low as 780:1 in the early 1990s. But, actually, net net - doing much better than then. |

I bought a bank check for $300 U.S. to send to the States last Friday. Including the 5,000 fee for the check, it cost me 312,080 won. From that you should be able to extrapolate.
