I have to prove I've paid taxes in Korea for the last couple of years to the rapacious federal swampsows in Canada, can I go to any tax office with xerox's of my ARC cards (which I have) and get some sort of official statement from the Korean government?
I don't think those pay deduction slips schools (sometimes) give us would cut it. Anyone with some suggestions/experience with this?
