3 buck lunch? Upgrade a buck and hook up some donkas... or go get some kimbop. Thats what I do.
But... if you must know my fail safe cheap lunch, given I had to produce one... it would go like this.
Instand ramen, the type that comes with the bowl. Make it. Then go down to the street, find a vendor, and pay a buck for some meat on a stick, then put it in your ramen. Instant meat soup for your 3 buck budget.  |

2 questions:
Why would anybody with the disposable income we have over here even consider going to such ends to save a buck or 2?
