Awhile back a health foods online shop was recommended. For vitamin supplements. This recommended shop did international orders to K, no problem. Does anyone recall what this shop was?

Word on the street is that there is no problem unless they are yellow, orange or blue. Wink

Well, Supplements101 won't let me connect to it and I'm not the target audience for the bodybuilding site.

Anywhere else? I just need some daily multi-vitamins.

I can't remember the brand name, back in the States I bought a blue bottle that says something about Men's Daily Multi-vitamins on the package.

Care package from home might be best but I don't want customs messing with it.

Basically, getting stuff through customs without a hang-up seems to be luck of the draw. I've had all kinds of things shipped over without problem, while other packages just seem to get sucked into some sort of black hole. Earlier this month, I had a package containing some soy protein mixes, echinacea, acidophulus and a handful of other health store products get stuck in customs for eight days because they, for whatever reason, assumed I was an importer. Never mind that the package value was barely over $100 and that the items they were questioning were ordered in single quantities. Finally got the mess resolved with the aid of a Korean co-worker and a helpful FedEx employee, only to discover after finally getting my package that customs hadn't even opened the box. They'd just looked at the bill of lading, seen the words "nutritional supplements" and assumed they were for re-sale. Rolling Eyes

If you buy cheap vitamins, you'll probably stand as good or better of a chance getting them shipped from home as through direct mail. If you buy expensive ones, I'd recommend ordering from a company that either insures international shipments or ships via trackable means.

Its a long shot, but if you know anyone in the US army, you can get stuff sent over and avoid the customs hassle (and international postage). I was looking into having a few bodybuilding supps sent over last year, but everytime I tried to order this big warning came up saying that Korea might toss me in jail if they caught me with whatever I ordered (creatine?!?!), so I utilized my army hook up.

Confused Confused

If you order multi-vitamins from www. Bodybuilding.com, they will not track you down and force you to run wind-sprints or do pushups.

Captain, I also recommend Bodybuilding.com, they are the cheapest I have found even with shipping charges.

Better yet, if you know someone in the US Army, have them bring you to GNC in Yongsan.
