| Has anyone done this? Is there an easy way of doing it? I live in the boonies now so no license agency around. Do I really even need to get it changed? |

I believe your license will be update automatically when you update your ARC.
The problem is if you own a car. You must update you registration within 15 days or you will get a fine. Mine was 130,000 won for being 3 months late. |

Right. You have to go to the district office to inform them of your change of address. At that point, give them your ARC and Driver's License and they'll put on your new address. |
