North Korea Claims South Fired Artillery Shell
The United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission (UNCMAC) on Monday starts investigating North Korean claims that the South Korean military fired an artillery shell at it in the eastern DMZ in Gangwon Province. "At around 7:30 a.m. Saturday, at a guard post near marker 1272 in the eastern region of the Military Demarcation Line, the South Korean military launched an artillery shell that landed right next to a North Korean People's Army guard post," the state-run North Korean Central News Agency on Saturday quoted a military source as saying.

Its very likely that a mine exploded that had been lying underground for a long time.
Either way, I find it funny. |
