I have a Korean female friend who is divorcing and lonely. She is in her mid 30s, and is really sweet/kind. I've known her for over 3 years, and met her soon-to-be ex-husband and her kids a few times.

Anyway, I recommended she try UB Love just for fun to see if she met anyone.

She informed me that she has received over 20 e-mails and 40 "winks" from different guys in just a few short days.

Now imagine how many responses a sexy single girl in her 20s gets.

Just thought I'd pass that along to guys who were curious how much competition was out there. Laughing

Yeah, I think thats always the case.

Women's inbox's are crushingly full and they brush off the mass majority of guys posting.. in response to that, men feel they need to create 100 outbox messages to get 1 response. Women disregard the mass majority of the messages only responding to 1 or 2 they feel might be worthy.

Trying to get a response on any of those is like competing for a very good job with 100 applicants.

UB Love is an outlest for socially challenged kids who can't meet anyone the old fashioned way.

Never have. Then again, I never had problems talking up girls face to face instead of hiding behind a computer screen. Also, unlike what, 99% (?) of the waygookin in Korea, I am able to actually form a stable relationship with one female and I dont need to chase tail like a desperate frat boy.

I wonder how many of those 20 emails and 40 winks were men her age and how many were horny 20-something guys sampling the "mature" niche. Would you mind asking her for me?

I would think, judging from your personality as seen here, hiding behind a computer screen would do you great harm.

And congratulations on finding one female who accepts you for all your social retardation. By me estimate such females, outside of the 'special' homes, would constitute about .001% of the population.

Well, she's lying about her age. She's 36, not 30. I don't know why she did that, other that to say she's thinking she might not be searched.

Her English is really pretty good, and she can understand a lot of jokes and laughs a lot. It sounded like a lot of the people who wrote to her weren't even from Korea. She said guys from many countries wrote. France, US, Canada, NZ, England, Japan... etc.

She said she wasn't really interested in any that wrote, but I've noticed she's kept up with checking it today. Either way, I hope she has some fun with it. The girl went into hiding for 6 months after separating from her husband. She wouldnt' even call her Korean friends because she was so ashamed.

And hey, I'm 34 in Western age.. what's this, "mature" bullshit? Evil or Very Mad

hhahaaha

I'm speaking strictly in terms of online porn. In that context, "teen" is 18 to like 23 or 24. "Mature" is anything over 25. Your lady fits both the "mature" and "MILF" niches. That's a commodity, and you should let her know that.

Hahahha. At least age makes men more distinguished, right?

Derrek:

There are only three 30-year old women from Korea who have checked in today. None of them admit to having kids.

You should tell your friend to stop lying about her age and motherhood status.

edit. Sorry Derrek, there were more than 3 women who logged on Apr 25; their log in dates were not in descending order. However, from the introductions, I think I know which one your friend is and it appears she does not admit having kids. Smile

I apologize if I am mistaken. Cheers.

is this another one of those threads designed to misinform? really.

From past lady friends I've chatted to from there occasionally, there weren't even that many responses. One said I was the first (or only?) person to have sent a mail. The general gist I got was the exact opposite of what has been said by the first two posts.

Now on the USA sites I wouldn't doubt it at all.

Well, go easy on her. She said she'd be open and honest about her "kids" status, and trust me -- she definately would be. I kind of teased her about it in an e-mail, and she wrote me back a long paragraph about it.

She's a very nice lady. She's not out to deceive. Like she said, if she meets somebody she likes, she would be honest about it. After knowing her for 3 years, I would have to agree.

Definately not!

I think the Korean girls who told you that were lying.

Remember, it's a cultural thing for the girls to say stuff like, "I haven't dated much."

Korean girls are conditioned to tell little lies like that because Korean men/culture tell them they must be perfect and innocent.
