| Does anyone know if I can go to any Immigration office to apply for my card or do you have to go to the one in your province? my boss says it is a five hour roundtrip so we have to find time before classes start in the afternoon. I live only 50 minutes from Seoul |

I remember reading that you must go to the immigration office in your province. No exceptions.
I also have read that there is a procedure where you can get it done by mail. I read it here on Dave's ESL Cafe, so maybe other posters can give you more information. |
