My partner and I have some job offers in the Bangbae and Seoul National University of Ed. areas. What are these places like. Right now we are living in Bangi-dong, which is not very exciting. So we want somewhere where we can be able to go out and do thing like eat at a variety of restaurants and go for nice walks on a sunny day. We don't want to have to travel for a long time to get somewhere nice. So please give us your two cents on these areas. We already know it is near Gangnam, but what other areas are close by?
Thanks. |

You have a really nice question, but I think the best way to answer it, would be for yourself to go there and explore around. Take a good look at a good map and check out the road layout and parks (if any), or see if any major buildings are pointed out. Go and have a look. You have to walk the pavement yourself to answer your question they way you want it answered. You will find or wont find what you seek, and you have the added benefit of making a metal map of the area, and you will start to develop a connection to the area too. |

Ya, we already went there. But as I'm sure you know, it's easy to miss some nice backstreets if you are not familiar with the area. So we were wondering if anyone has any sort of helpful info on the area. |
