I thought it was decent, strange to see so many waegookin outside of Itaewon- all of the stuff around City Hall this weekend was cool too.

Funnily enough me and the mates I was with are in the bottom left of this photo- we should some kind of Dave's badges or something eh?

I was there for an hour or two. it was a little small but it had a really good vibe. A lot of foreigners but without that sticky-bathroom-floor feeling you get at Itaewon. it was some of the most fun i've ever had listening to techno*

Where was all that Carnival looking stuff, Rapier? I had no idea that was going on. all this stuff is part of the Hi Seoul Festival thing? what's happening next weekend and on the holiday?

I'm pretty sure I saw the illustrious swiss james there. would've gotten a picture too but i was overcome with awe.

*[please don't reply to this explaining that that particular music wasn't really techno it was actually super-reverse drum experimental nerd jungle groove -- cuz i don't care]

It started early in Insa-dong..plenty of waeguks

But the main event was in yeouido, at one of the world cup stadiums- honoring a Korean sea admiral who fought in the 1700's, you can see a big statue of him.

Oh yeah, I hooked up with these two wonderland esl teachers who needed a bed for the night, I was generous enough to share the only one in my shoebox appartment with them, as well as the shower. they paid me in kind, of course.

You dudes ended up in Myeong dong? HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
