I had a friend who got short-changed by his hogwan and the owner tried to say it was my friend's fault, that the owner had said he was "sorry" and that my friend didn't understand Korean culture. What a pile of horse manure. If pay day comes and the boss doesn't pay, he's a low-life in any culture. |

It sounds like the director is talking about "Hagwon" Culture, not Korean culture. |
