| Quote: |

If they came up w/ a male contraceptive then there would be a lot less abortions. In a few years they will have one then there will be a lot less abortions.
They should also increase the tax benefits for adoption. |

| Good lord. I dont know how anyone could be in favor of abortion. It fails the test of the 'Golden Rule', and I dont know of anyone that wishes they had been aborted by their mother. |

New male contraceptive found 99 percent effective: But it's not on shelves yet
The World Health Organization is hailing a new male contraceptive injection as 99 percent effective, and claims it could eventually revolutionize birth control. "This research has been going on for many years and still has a long way to go before it's a marketable contraceptive," she says. The drug is not expected to reach consumers for at least another five to 10 years.

| however I guess I wouldn't say it is out of selfishness that these children are born....well in the poverty stricken areas that is...but in many ghetto areas.....maybe you could start with the millions of foster kids ...i'm sure some of them wish their mother hadn't been so selfish. And then there are the ones who have been sexually and physically abused since they were born....i'm sure a few out of that group would have wish they were aborted.....ummm.....just an educated guess......no poll to prove it but hey....i'm sure somebody could go and ask people that question to remind them of their hell on earth existance..... |

By that standard, why not hit the streets of a ghetto and start 'aborting' people that you see on the street with a shotgun? You would be doing them a favor. |
