I rarely if ever read business magazines. Do any Korean CEOs come to mind that are a little eccentric / unorthodox / super-intelligent? Somebody that dropped out of high school and started a huge corporation, somebody who walks two hours to work and back, takes Maltese lessons during the lunch break, has already booked a ticket on the space plane that's scheduled to launch under Virgin Galactic, somebody like that. Eccentric Korean billionaires. Billionaire just meaning anybody with a lot of money, not necessarily someone with a billion bits of any certain currency. |

There is a biography of that Jung/Chung guy who started Hyundae...the one who took a herd of cattle to the North back in '00. He once had the grass painted green so foreign dignitaries would be impressed. The bio is worth a read. |

I imagine those Chaebol heads are a little like great heavyweights. When you start running out of people to compare yourself to, you start getting a little kooky. |

Remember, absolute power corrupts absolutely. Korean CEO's are little emperors...
I heard a rumor that Chung Ju-hyung from Hyundai used to pay beautiful young actresses and models bucketloads of money just to hang out at his place naked while he was around.
