After struggling with Blueyoyo for awhile I thought that maybe setting my IE security level lower would make doing some things on the net easier.

So I went for medium-low.

The crap hasn't hit the fan yet so I'm wondering is XP with SP2 installed really overboard with the security thing?

If I'm happy with my IE security measures why should I go to Firefox? Does it work better than IE?

It just makes sense to switch...or at least give yourself the choice.

Most of the updates to Windows are due to IE being so very intergrated into the OS. It's a bad move and every minute of every day, hackers are hammering away at Windows via IE, so why not just close and lock the door? Makes more sense than getting a bigger/faster/stronger (duh-nuhnuhnuh) bodyguard through Win Update every few weeks.

IE opens the windows alright....to the whole internet.

It just makes way less sense not to use an alternative that is proven (by it's nature even) safer than IE.

So, blueyoyo is a Korean site that uses IE only? No doubt. Most Korean site require IE. Fine, use IE for that, but otherwise, use Firefox or Opera.

I've got the same Windows version and set IE on medium without any problems.

I wonder how many will pony up 10,000 won when the free trial ends?
