Ha! Good choice. I've done us all a favour and googled it so that we may enjoy at leisure:
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon gin
1 tablespoon light rum
1 tablespoon vodka
1 tablespoon tequila
2 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur
2 tablespoons Galliano
1 cup ice cubes
1 slice lemon
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the gin, rum, vodka, tequila, creme de menthe, Galliano and ice in the container of a blender. Cover, and blend until slushy. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
--------------------------------------------
Sounds absolutely vile, but I'm sure a few bags of salted peanuts and three beers would help wash it down. |
Oh don't be silly. Everybody knows the real recipe for that drink which "induces a sensation almost exactly like having your brain smashed in by a slice of lemon wrapped around a large gold brick. Possibly chilled."
Pan Galactic Gargleblaster
Juice from 1 bottle of the Ol Janx Spirit
Combine with one measure of water from the seas of Santraginus
3 Cubes of Arcturan Mega-gin melted into mixture (it must be properly iced or the benzene is lost)
4 liters of Fallian Marsh gas
Use the back of a silver spoon to float a measure of Qualactin Hypermint extract
Drop in a tooth from an Algolion Suntiger and watch it dissolve
Sprinkle with Zamphuor
Add an olive
Drink. |

Think "mmm, this actually does taste just like Vimto"

24 bottles of Corona,
2 bags of ice,
3 large, ripe limes,
Large Cooler,
Bottle opener.
Take bottles of Corona, mix in cooler with ice, let chill.
Slice limes into slivers lengthwise, have bottle opener handy.
Most enjoyable while sitting on a dock, by the lake, in 30+ degree weather.

Sex in the Shower...
One part (each) Butterscotch Schnaps, Blue Curaco, and Triple Sec. Add two parts OJ. Shake with ice, and strain out.
My friends call it a "foo-foo drink," but I don't care. It's delicious... with a gorgeous blue-green tint.

MOJITO, oh yeah.......
Beautiful drink, tastes so good but will come looking for you after a few.
You know what i'm saying.
You need good quality rum (cuban, the darker the better IMO)
squeezed lemon juice
sparkling water
sprigs of fresh mint
lots of crushed ice
Plus an umbrella and a straw.
|
Don't forget the fresh cane sugar.
Forget the umbrella and straw. |
yup, forgot the sugar. |
In Cuba they usually use a white rum when making them. I brought back a few bottles from Cuba and due to being out of the country they are as of yet, unconsumed.
But on June 23rd I will be back in Canada and I have a 5 year old bottle of dark cuban rum and a 7 year old bottle of not quite dark cuban rum.
Both will be used for Mojitos as that was what I was gooned on when I bought them.
I'll let you know how the dark rum turns out. |

The Dumples
(named in honor of the University of Strongbadia sports team.)
1oz. rum
2oz. vodka
8oz. orange juice
I scoop orange sherbet.
Blend well.
On top of the foam created by the blended sherbet grate some orange zest for a lovely orangey smell.
Garnish with an orange slice. |

Thanks Kermo, couldn't remember the name of the school.
Crazy Go Nuts University.
I wonder if you could teach ESL in SK if you graduated from CGNU. |

The Cuba Libre
A lot of Coke on ice
A healthy long dash of rum, preferably Bacardi 151 or other overproof rum
A long squirt of lime from one of those small round liquid bombs for sale in Korea at some places, or squeeze at least half a fresh lime.
(Experiment to determine your own ideal ratio.)
The lime is NOT optional. It totally takes away the edge of the overproof.
Great summer drink. A nice substitute for the margarita crowd.

I think when you leave Korea, they should give you an honourary CGNU degree. |

Hite out of glass bottle when in Korea.
When outside of Korea, Napolean cognac with Coca-cola. I would love to get that good stuff, it's only $28 US in American liquor stores and it's really good bang for your buck.
Korea has cognac, but it's crazy expensive. We are talking 180,000 won a bottle! |
